Upskilling is crucial to stay competitive. You want to master new skills to improve at work, but simply don’t have the time.
Professionals don’t have time for long training sessions.
Blogs, courses, and videos are filled with irrelevant fluff.
Fast-moving fields like data science, AI, and communication evolve too quickly to keep up.
Result? Skills gaps grow, and busy professionals get left behind.
Bobolink provides busy professionals upskilling opportunities within their tasks, so employees don’t have to schedule training that takes time away from work. Because these lessons are task-relevant, users are able to apply their learning—and progress—immediately.
In a data-centered world, businesses need their teams to functionally understand the data and use those insights to improve company performance. Data science skills require technical expertise, and we’re here to help your team acquire it.
Microlearning is packaged and delivered in ways that promote real retention. Rather than a single exposure to vast amounts of information, learners get repeated exposure and on-demand access
to educational content. Time isn’t wasted on
material they already know, or irrelevant lessons that don’t pertain to their job
Turn daily work into learning moments.
Bobolink delivers short, targeted micro-lessons personalized to your goals, project, and role, helping you solve real challenges instantly instead of wasting time on long, generic courses.
Learn less, remember more.
Our microlearning approach uses repetition, spaced recall, and real-world application to make knowledge stick, ensuring real skill growth, not just information recall.
A learning path built around you – not your data.
Bobolink adapts to your pace and priorities, creating a personalized growth journey that evolves with your progress. Your data stays private, and your development remains the focus.

Bobolink was born from a shared conviction: that the way we learn needs to change. Founded by Nicole Pochinki and Joe Olson—two learning scientists who met during their Master’s in Learning Analytics at Columbia University—Bobolink is a response to a system that’s failing to keep up with the pace of change.
While co-leading a graduate course on recommendation systems, they recognized a huge, overlooked opportunity: the world already has a vast ocean of high-quality learning content, but no one is effectively guiding people through it. Then came the breakthrough: large language models (LLMs). Suddenly, it was possible to personalize learning at scale, and Bobolink was born.
Joe Olson, who holds a PhD in Physics from Harvard, had long been passionate about education. After years of research in computational neuroscience and AI, he set out to apply that knowledge to one of society’s greatest challenges: helping people learn better, faster, and more meaningfully.
Nicole Pochinki began her career in cognitive science research before moving into the EdTech world, leading product at several startups. She saw firsthand how even the best tools fell short when learning pathways weren’t personalized, relevant, or actionable.
Teo Bainbridge soon joined the team to lead strategic growth. With a background in Business and Management and EdTech, he has witnessed first hand how traditional training methods often fall short for busy professionals and shares with the founders a deep commitment to making up-skilling seamless, relevant and impactful.
Muhammad Saad brings almost two decades of expertise a technologist and researcher. Driven by a passion for solving complex problems through innovation, with recent focus in AI and systems engineering, he has contributed to cutting-edge research in collaboration with renowned institutions including MIT and Arizona State University. .
Bobolink is committed to the use of technology for equitable outcomes in a world that reflects real people. We take your privacy seriously and user data is never sold to third parties. We know the power of AI can usher in a more just future when utilized fairly, with nuance, and the utmost care.
Founded by three academics with a desire for change, Bobolink is a strategic remedy to an ailing system. Nicole and Joe met during their Master’s in Learning Analytics at Columbia University. Together, they’ve developed Bobolink to offer something entirely new—a tool that democratizes knowledge to reach real people everywhere.
Joe Olson is a charter school graduate, education enthusiast, and lifelong scholar who went on to earn his PhD in physics. He taught, studied, and kept an eye on the changing world of education. While watching technology outpace academia, Joe spotted a missed opportunity in properly using these tools to deliver fast, cheap, and effective education for all.
Nicole Pochinki hails from Argentina and was educated in the United States where she performed research on the science of learning. She later applied this expertise to the EdTech industry with vocational training for immigrant learners, but noticed a profound lack of innovation or success in the industry’s available options. Nicole made a commitment to changing the tides.
Mohammed Saad has over two decades of experience as a technologist and researcher. His work has long been driven by a passion for solving complex problems through innovation. With a background in AI and systems engineering, he has contributed to cutting-edge research projects in collaboration with renowned institutions like MIT and Arizona State University. His work spans multiple domains, from applied machine learning to real-time web automation, all aimed at building intelligent systems that make a real-world impact.
Teo Bainbridge works at the crossroads of education, technology, and strategic growth. With previous experience in EdTech and a background studying business and management at the University of Sussex, he has witnessed how traditional training methods often fall short for busy professionals. Teo understands the importance of integrating learning directly into the workflow and is committed to making upskilling seamless, relevant and impactful.
